What it’s like to work with me
Relaxed, thoughtful photography sessions from start to finish.
From newborn and maternity sessions in my Astwood Bank studio to relaxed family sessions across Redditch, Worcestershire and Warwickshire, I’ll guide you through the whole experience from start to finish.
Being in front of the camera can feel a little daunting, especially when little ones are involved, but your session isn't something you need to worry about getting "right".
You'll receive plenty of help before your session including where to go, what to wear, how to prepare and what to expect on the day. When we're together, there's no pressure to pose perfectly or ask children to be on their best behaviour. We'll take things at your pace, guided by little ones, keeping everything natural and making space for the moments that make your family yours.
My aim is always to make the whole experience easy and enjoyable - with beautiful photographs to show for it.

The Process
STEP 01
Say Hi!
Fill in my enquiry form and tell me a little bit about you, who I’ll be photographing and what you have in mind.
You don’t need to have every detail figured out yet — that’s what I’m here for.
STEP 02
Make it official.
Once we’ve found the right session and date, I’ll send over your booking proposal.
You'll sign your contract and pay your booking deposit - and then you're officially secured in my diary. At this point, I'll send over any pre-shoot info, style guides and questionnaires.
STEP 03
The good bit.
When the day arrives, you just need to turn up and hand the reins over to me to take the pressure off and do my thing. I’ll gently guide you when needed, but mostly I just want you to have fun.
STEP 04
Your Gallery.
Your proofing gallery will usually arrive within 2–3 weeks, with 50+ images to choose from, all hand edited in my signature style. You can then choose any images included within your package and browse the rest of my online store.
And then you get to keep this little piece of your life forever.

Carefully Curated
Once your session is over, I begin carefully selecting and refining your images in my signature style. Once your session is over, I carefully select and refine every image in my signature style, creating a gallery that feels cohesive, natural and timeless.
Your Private Gallery
Within 2-3 weeks after the session, you'll receive an invitation to view your photos in your private online gallery. Your gallery remains live for 3 months, giving you plenty of time look through, revisit your favourites and make your selections at your own pace.
Your Favourites
While browsing your gallery, you'll be able to create your own favourites list, making it easy to keep track of the images you love most.
If your package includes a set number of digital images, clear instructions will guide you through choosing your favourites.
Extras & Upgrades
If you fall in love with more photographs than your package includes, you can easily purchase additional images through the online store linked to your gallery. You'll also have the option to order prints, albums, and other beautifully crafted products - turning your favourite images into lasting keepsakes.
